High Voltage Krew Biography (by Isaac Camacho)

High Voltage Krew Bio

In December of 2008 Isaac Camacho (a.k.a. Icy) started dancing this so called “Electro Dance” In his hometown of Corvallis Oregon. Three months later Icy came across Dance Generation (Dance Generation is basically a huge group of dancers, each country has their own D*G.). Dance Generation was accepting dancers from all across United States. It happened to be that Icy was the Sixth Person who joined Dance Generation U.S.A. On that same third month Icy made Dance Generation U.S.A. Icy was a one of the only Electro dancers in the U.S.A. Electro Dance needed to become bigger, People needed to spread the word. Icy was in search of unique dancers at his own High school (Corvallis High School Home Of The Spartans). Nobody knew about Electro Dance anywhere at the school. He then remembered his friend Gustavo Rivas-Ruiz (a.k.a. KiD Woody).  KiD Woody was a Popper, as Icy thought that Popping had lots to do with Arms that perhaps KiD Woody would make Dance Electro a part of his style. Icy and KiD Woody constantly would talk about making a Dance Crew. We thought of names day after day. Until one day High Voltage Crew Popped in our inventory and sounded amazing as it came out of our tongues. After a year in Icy’s search of new Electro Dancers, High Voltage Crew was born on January 1st, 2010.
Icy then got a message from another High Voltage Crew across seas in Italy that danced Electro, We then thought if we changed the C for a K and it would be more Americanized style of Crew (krew) HVK was born (High Voltage Krew with a K!!!!).
Icy and KiD Woody danced for a while until we found another girl Nancy Contreras-Colin (a.k.a. Nan-C) to join our Group; She joined High Voltage Krew On September of 2010. After high school graduation the group was going to be split up, Icy was going to attend Portland State University, KiD Woody was going to attend Portland State Community College, Nan-C was going to attend Linn Benton Community College. At his dorms at PSU Icy met a dancer who he so lived by. Keaton Boileau Was a hip-hop master with the skill and precision, we soon snatched him up to join High Voltage Krew in November of 2010. It was to Icy’s knowledge that Fashion Electro was no longer a Team in Switzerland, that’s when the Krew made a plan to take one of their dancers, Tenzin Samkhar (a.k.a. Spiicy). The krew met and practiced at PSU dorms and then we asked if he wanted to join, He replied yes. Now High Voltage Krew is dancing at events and making top videos of Dance Generation USA, Soon they will travel to California and compete in tournaments as well as next year possibly attending 2012 Electro Monde Championship. High Voltage Krew has Over 60,000 Views on YouTube.
If anybody would like to Sponsor this Krew, it’s a good investment =D

 -Sincerely High Voltage Krew
